
As pepper-lovers, we began growing several varieties in our backyard garden in 1993. We were very successful in our endeavors and as a result we started experimenting with different ways to to use our abundant harvest and "bumper crops".
Two of the earliest recipes we developed were our "Bread & Butter" and "Southern Dill" Jalapeños. These quickly became a favorite with our family, friends and co-workers so we decided to market our products under the "Kap's" brand.
We then started to work with fresh fruits and developed several varieties of "Peppered Jellies". Today we manufacture 10 outstanding varieties of Jellies and 2 varieties of Jalapeños.
