     As pepper-lovers, we began growing several varieties in our backyard garden in 1993. We were very successful in our endeavors and as a result, we started experimenting with different ways to use our abundant harvest and "bumper crops".

     Two of the earliest recipes we developed were our Bread and Butter Jalapeños and Southern Dill Jalapeños. These quickly became a favorite with our family, friends and co-workers and they began to encourage us to market our products.

 

     To give our products the "Food with an Attitude" taste, we began developing "PEPPERED JELLY" receipes to expand our product offerings. We now have line extensions featuring:

Cranberry Jalapeño Mango Ginger Jalapeño

won top honors at "Chile Pepper Magazine's" Fiery Food ZestFest's 10th Anniversary. When you taste 'em, you'll know why!

Very Berry Habanero and Black Cherry Jalapeno Jelly

have received the "Hot Pepper" Internet Magazine's 2007 Award for the "Sweet Condiment" category, finishing 1st and 2nd respectively.
